Michael Baldwin (Christian Leblanc) found a doctor in Peru with knowledge of Ashland'sAshland's medical history. It appears that Locke faked his cancer diagnosis. The obvious conclusion is Ashland lied to gain control of Newman Enterprises.
Ashland is working on a plan. One has to wonder if Ashland is encouraging Victoria's feud with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) as a distraction.
While Victoria is focused on Adam, Ashland is free to work on his true agenda. Victor does not trust Ashland, so he rehired Michael Baldwin. Michael is busy digging up dirt on Ashland in Peru. On the home front, Victor tasked Adam to keep his eyes on Locke. Will the Newmans unite against Ashland on Young and the Restless?

Y&R: Will Victoria Choose Love or Family?
Ashland had skeletons in his closet before he married Victoria. Each time a secret was exposed, Victoria chose forgiveness. Ashland had Victoria's loyalty and support. All Victoria asked was complete honesty going forward.
Still, Ashland has shown troubling behaviors lately. Young and the Restless spoilers for the week tease Victoria will have growing doubts about her husband. Will Ashland calm Victoria's mind? Even so, it will be hard to accept Ashland is faking an illness.
Victoria is very much in love with Ashland. Still, she will be hit hard when Ashland is exposed. Vik will grapple with the fact that her husband used her to gain a foothold into Newman Enterprises.
Still, Ashland seems to truly love his wife. If he can convince Victoria of his love, she will have a difficult choice to make. Victoria can help Victor protect the Newman legacy. Or she can stand by Ashland on Young and the Restless.

Ashland's Consequences on Young and the Restless
There will be repercussions for Ashland. No one crosses Victor Newman and gets away with it. If you hurt Victoria, it will be even worse. Just ask Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).
That said, Victor will likely reverse the Newman-Locke merger. Ashland could face prison if fraud can be proven. Perhaps the worst consequence could be losing Victoria.
After the dust settles, Victoria will have a choice to make. She can seek a divorce or forgive Ashland for keeping yet another secret. If Victoria and Ashland make it through this huge betrayal, it's true love on The Young and the Restless.
