Abby Newman has had a hard time believing that her husband was killed in an explosion. Based on intel, she decides to go to Spain to find Chance Chancellor. This will alarm her family and friends, but they will talk her out of it.
After all, Dominic needs his mother. However, Abby's decision to take the pills does not seem to be helpful for the baby. Will Abby's big brother provide relief for his sibling?
Young and the Restless spoilers for this week reveal that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will pay a visit to the Chancellor's house. While there, he will hear from Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) that Abby is not doing well at all.
Spoilers suggest that Abby will ask Nick for help. Perhaps she will ask him to travel to Spain in her place. Nick has proven he has investigation skills. He was able to unearth Ashland Locke's (Richard Burgi) mysterious past.
If he decides to look into Chance's death, he may discover that Abby is right. Chance may be alive. On the other hand, he may find proof that Chance is truly dead. Then Abby would have the closure she needs to move on.
The emotional turmoil that Abby is in will end either way. If Abby doesn't get answers, she may start to depend on pills on Young and the Restless.
