Bold And The Beautiful spoilers reveal that John "Finn" Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) will suffer a crisis. Finn had been secretly under the medical care of Dr. Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda).
However, Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) escaped from prison and showed up at Li's door. Sheila's discovery that Finn is alive led to another tragedy.
Li tried to fool Sheila into believing they could care for Finn together. But Sheila caught Li calling for help. After a struggle, Li escaped.
Sheila was right behind Li and caused a terrible accident. She smiled as Li's burning car plunged into the water. B&B spoilers for the week of June 27 to July 1 note that Sheila will realize she is responsible for Finn's care now.
Sheila will turn to her old friend, Mike Guthrie (Ken Hanes), for help. Can these two criminals help Finn to recover on Bold And The Beautiful?

B&B: Finn Faces a Crisis
When Sheila and Li were arguing at his bedside, Finn woke up briefly. However, Finn slipped back into a coma. Although Finn has progressed under Li's care, he is not out of the woods.
Bold And The Beautiful spoilers for the week of June 27 to July 1 indicate that Finn will flatline. Mike will arrive just as his heart stops. Sheila will grab the defibrillator and try to restart Finn's heart with Mike's help. It appears that the duo will bring Finn back.
B&B summer spoilers indicate that Finn will regain consciousness. He will be confused when he wakes up to Sheila and Mike.
At first, Finn will have no memories of the events in the alley behind Il Giardino's. Still, Finn's memories will come flooding back.
Finn will recall jumping in front of the gun as Sheila tried to shoot Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). Sheila will admit that she accidentally shot her son. Will he forgive her on Bold And The Beautiful?

Will Finn Forgive Sheila on Bold and the Beautiful?
Steffy tried to warn Finn repeatedly that Sheila is a sociopath. Sheila proved that by trying to kill Steffy just to keep a secret. Moreover, Finn came close to losing his life.
Yet Finn does not know that Sheila shot Steffy and put her into a coma. Also, Sheila caused the accident that may have taken Li's life. Not to mention that Sheila is an escaped convict. It seems unlikely that Finn would readily forgive Sheila for everything she's done.
