Finn took a bullet meant for Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). Finn was pronounced dead at the scene. Meanwhile, Steffy was rushed to the hospital in critical condition. Steffy fell into a coma but eventually came to. In a surprising turn of events, Steffy woke up believing she was still married to Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton).
Furthermore, Steffy has no memories of her life with Finn, including their son, Hayes Finnegan (Piper Harriot). Bold And The Beautiful spoilers for the week of April 18 to 22 suggest that Liam will play along with Steffy's misconceptions.
It is unknown how far Liam will go to carry out the charade. However, Liam may be committed as long as Steffy's memories are suppressed. Many B&B fans believe this will lead to a STEAM reunion. However, Bold And The Beautiful promises more twists and turns on the CBS soap.

B&B: Did Finn Survive?
Finn's body was loaded into an ambulance and he was never seen again. Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) arrived at the hospital, looking more angry than sad.
When Sheila wanted to see Finn one last time, Li refused. Moreover, Li declared, "I will take care of Finn now." That statement and her anger at Sheila raised red flags. Not to mention that Jack Finnegan (Ted King) has not been seen or heard since Finn's death. While Jack and Li have been estranged, what could keep him away?
Bold And The Beautiful predictions suppose that Finn is alive. Li may have Finn tucked away for safekeeping. Finn's adoptive mom is a trained physician and has the skill to help Finn as he recovers from his injuries.

Ms. Carter did destroy Jack and Li's marriage when Finn's paternity was revealed. On the other hand, Finn could have told Li that Sheila shot him. In that case, Li would not want Sheila anywhere near Finn. Jack may be more than happy to help on Bold And The Beautiful.
Finn Could Disrupt Steffy's Life on Bold and the Beautiful
