Bold And The Beautiful predictions speculate that Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) is hiding a huge secret. There is no doubt that Li's behavior was off when she arrived at the hospital.
She just tragically lost her only child. John "Finn" Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) was shot and left to die in the alley behind Il Giardino. Not to mention that his wife, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline Macinnes Wood), nearly lost her life and fell into a coma.
Li seemed remarkably composed. The only emotion she readily displayed was anger. Sheila raised Li's anger by referring to herself as Finn's mother. Li angrily reminded Sheila that she raised Finn to be the man he is. She also mentioned that Finn became a doctor just like her. Why was that significant?
Li also mentioned that she was there to see how Steffy was doing. Finn's mother may hear good news soon. B&B spoilers for the week of April 11 to 15 reveal that Steffy's condition will improve. Still, Li may be hiding good news of her own on Bold And The Beautiful.

B&B: Did Finn Survive?
Tanner Nolan's departure from the CBS has been confirmed. Finn was pronounced dead at the scene, and his body was taken away. Yet seasoned Bold And The Beautiful fans know that death is not necessarily permanent on the soap.
With Finn out of the picture, B&B spoilers tease that the Steffy, Liam, Hope love triangle will heat up again. What if Steffy and Liam get back together? The couple may settle into a happy life only for Finn to show up. Did Li give us clues that Finn is still alive?
For one thing, Li was determined to keep Sheila from seeing Finn one last time. Perhaps Li is holding a grudge because Sheila trashed her marriage. Still, Li's goodbye to her son was never shown on camera.
Not to mention Li's language during her argument with Sheila. Li kept saying that she would take care of her son like she always has. She kept referring to Finn in the present tense. Can Finn be alive on Bold And The Beautiful?

Is Li Hiding Finn on Bold and the Beautiful?
Perhaps Finn was pronounced dead prematurely. What if it was discovered that Finn had a pulse in the ambulance? Everyone was so focused on Steffy that Finn could have arrived at the hospital unnoticed by anyone who knew him.
Li could have arrived at the hospital only to find Finn was still alive. Finn would likely be in grave condition. However, Li has been practicing medicine for many years.

Li could oversee Finn's medical care. She could even stash Finn away in a medical facility. Or Li could care for Finn at home. She would have the means and the skills to see that Finn recovers. Why would she do this in secret?
One word, Sheila. Li knows Sheila is obsessed with Finn. Maybe Li wants to keep Finn safe from his psychotic birth mother. It is always possible Finn could pop up again on The Bold And The Beautiful.
