Amber Johnston wowed many of her followers with her major slim down. The 7 Little Johnstons mom shared shocking before-and-after photos of herself showing off her impressive transformation.
In her posts, Trent Johnston's wife revealed she's been "maintaining" her body for six months now and she's loving it. Amber revealed that she already lost 53 pounds so far, showing no sign of slowing down anytime soon.
The 7 Little Johnstons celeb also shared the latest photo of herself posing in front of their pool, looking slimmer than before. Amber rarely talks about her weight loss journey but she did share some of her tedious workout sessions a few months back.
In January, Amber impressed her fans when she tried wall climbing for the first time. She and the whole family also bonded over Astro-Durance Bungee Workout, which definitely looks challenging.

Amber Not Looking Back — Eager To Keep Slim Figure
Aside from exercise, Amber Johnston revealed she made changes in her diet. The 7 Little Johnstons star particularly cut back on sugars and carbs, sticking with healthier meals as much as possible.
Amber seems determined to stay on the right track in living a healthier lifestyle. The reality star said she didn't think she'll be able to make it at first. But once she got used to it, everything just follows naturally.

Meanwhile, Emma Johnston excitedly redecorated her room with Amber Johnston. The 7 Little Johnstons star officially got the room to herself after her sister, Anna, moved into her own place.
Emma and Anna used to share the same bedroom. But now, she has the whole room to herself and she's loving it. Emma shared before-and-after photos of her bedroom.
The 7 Little Johnstons sweetheart no longer has two separate beds in her room. She replaced it with one big bed for herself, along with other decorations. Emma definitely looks happy with the big change but that still doesn't stop her from missing her big sister.
