Further spoilers imply a trap will be set for Jack. After Jack and Phyllis are put in a dangerous situation, Allie will be interrogated. Perhaps Allie will confess her part in setting the trap.
Allie's answers will be enough for Jack to bring her to Genoa City. Once Jack is home, he will want Allie to meet the rest of the Abbott family. Allie could be met with suspicion, especially because Jack was put in danger.
On the other hand, the Abbotts could enthusiastically welcome Allie into the family. What would Allie's reaction be on Young And The Restless?

Allie Adjusts on Young and the Restless
When Allie rejected Jack's desire to bond, he decided to give her space. Yet Jack implied that he would never give up on connecting with his newfound granddaughter.
Jack missed out on a lifetime with Keemo and won't want to repeat history with Allie. Perhaps Jack will advise his family to give Allie time to adjust.
However, it will be hard not to try to get to know Allie if she ends up living in the Abbott mansion. Traci may be the one who will break through Allie's shell first. Allie may be persuaded to give Jack a chance. Certainly, Allie will shake things up in the Abbott clan on The Young And The Restless.
