Young And The Restless predictions imply Victoria Newman Locke (Amelia Heinle) turns the tables on Ashland Locke (Robert Newman). It seems that there is nothing anyone can say to break Victoria's trust in her husband.
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) shared with Victoria that Ashland faked having cancer to gain control of the Newman business empire. So Victoria signed the contract that made Locke an equal partner in Newman-Locke.
The contract was one that Ashland had drawn up, and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) delayed the initial signing. Victoria was furious that Victor was investigating her husband's illness. So between Ashland's manipulation and wanting to spite Victor, Vik signed the contract.

Victoria is an intelligent and savvy businesswoman. Running Newman Enterprises successfully is her priority. Yes, she fell in love with a conniving man, but she is still a Newman.
