Some cracks are beginning to show in the Locke marriage. Ashland has been making business decisions without Victoria's input. Ashland was also upset when Victoria closed the deal on Newman Media without him.
Ashland's shady behavior will not go unnoticed. Y&R spoilers for January 31 to February 4 suggest that Ashland's motives will be questioned by Victor and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott).
Consequently, Victor will tell Vik his suspicions. However, this may not go over so well with Mrs. Locke. Victoria will likely question her father's motives. Yet, given Ashland's track record, Victoria may want to pay attention.

Michael Uncovers the Truth on Young and the Restless
Victoria was the one who encouraged Ashland to seek out Dr. Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic). Nate did not serve as Ashland's physician, but he did consult. At the time, Nate did not offer any hope.
Still, Ashland quickly befriended the handsome doc. Locke even asked him to be the best man at his wedding. It was certainly a strange move or maybe a calculated one.

It might be handy to have a doctor as your buddy if you are faking an illness. Nate is an upstanding professional and may be the key to Locke's downfall.
Although Nate would protect Ashland's privacy, he may inadvertently give Michael crucial clues. So Victor may end up with proof of Ashland's deceit. Will Victoria side with Ashland with the truth staring her in the face? Victor may end up alienating Victoria on The Young And The Restless.
