Tucker and Ashley Get Intimate
Jack Abbott and Ashley Abbott clash over Diane Jenkins again. After a heated confrontation, Ashley heads straight to Tucker McCall.
Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, January 9, reveals Ashley vents about her nemesis, which Tucker seems to enjoy. One thing leads to another, and the two find themselves getting intimate.
Ashley hates to admit that she loves that moment with Tucker. She insists that what happened between them doesn't mean anything about their future.
As Tucker gets up to order room service, Ashley goes through some documents and discovers reports from Jabot. She realizes that he's up to something.
When Tucker returns, he claims that the files were from Diane. He insists that his plans have changed because of her.

Devon and Lily Fire Audra
Meanwhile, Devon Hamilton gets some intel about a possible connection between Audra Charles and Tucker McCall. Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that he will fill Lily Winters in on a new traitor in the company.
Devon further explains that Audra and Tucker have been in touch. In addition, all her student debt was paid by a company owned by his father.
Audra admits she knows Tucker but insists she's not in cahoots with him. Lily isn't taking any chances and fires her on the spot.

Audra's Threat
But Audra Charles is not leaving without a fight. Young and the Restless spoilers tease that she tries to win Devon Hamilton's trust. She explains that she knows about Tucker McCall's agenda and that she can be an asset.
However, Devon is not having any of it. Audra threatens him, pointing out that she already knows about his company and that he doesn't want her as an enemy.
Devon is ready to fight too. He threatens to take Audra to court. Later, she bumps into Nate Hastings at Society. She explains that she's done with Chancellor-Winters and leaving Genoa City.
But Nate suggests she sticks around. He's looking for a COO, and she might be the perfect fit. Will we see Audra at Newman territory soon?

Devon Cuts Ties
Back at the suite, Tucker McCall and Ashley Abbott get interrupted by Devon Hamilton. He confronts his father about Audra Charles. Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, January 9, reveal that he'll cut ties with him.
Devon declares that Tucker no longer has access to the company. He also doesn't want his dad near him or his son, Dominic.
Tucker tries to plead his case but to no avail. Devon is determined to disown him, suggesting he leave town tonight. He adds that it'll be his mission to ensure no one will ever trust him again.
As soon as Devon storms out, Tucker apologizes to Ashley for witnessing that. She claims she never trusted him and walks out, leaving Tucker angry.

Jack and Diane Kiss
At the Abbott mansion, Diane Jenkins expresses her desire to kiss Jack Abbott again. She wants him to know how she feels and clarify whatever it is they have.
Jack tells Diane he cares much about her, and they kiss. Phyllis Summers arrives just in time and watches them through the door. It's definitely not a pleasant sight to behold for Red.
Later, Phyllis mopes at Glam Club. Tucker arrives and joins her table. He then asks if she's ready to burn it all down. Will Phyllis and Tucker team up against Diane and Jack on Young and the Restless?
