Young And The Restless rumors suggest that Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) is ready to move on. His marriage with Abby Newman-Abbott Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) has always been on shaky ground.
Soon after their wedding, Chance was called away on a dangerous secret mission. When he came home, he suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder and had trouble adjusting to civilian life.
Chance eventually found purpose in his work. But Abby felt that he always put his career over family. The couple could not reach common ground.
Then Abby slept with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James). Chance caught them in the act and now wants to end his marriage. Y&R spoilers for the week of December 5 to 9 imply that Chance will make a bold move.

Chance Chancellor is certain that he and Abby are done. However, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has gotten in his face to work things out with his daughter.
Of course, Victor does not have all the facts. He is putting the blame for the split squarely on Chance's shoulders. Young And The Restless spoilers for the week of December 5 to 9 divulge that Victor will urge Chance to work on his marriage.
Chance did tell Abby that he would not tell Victor that she slept with Devon. Will the Moustache may push his son-in-law to his limits?
Chance could blurt out the truth to shut Victor down. Or perhaps he will tell him to mind his own business. Still, Chance is struggling with the end of his marriage. Who will help him pick up the pieces on Young And The Restless?

A New Romance for Chance on Young and the Restless?
Chance Chancellor spends a lot of time in Crimson Lights. That puts him in contact with Sharon Newman Rosales (Sharon Case).
The two of them have bonded over the death of Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso). Also, Sharon has been able to give Chance advice on his marital issues. After all, Sharon was also the wife of a dedicated police officer.

Perhaps Chance will start to look at Sharon differently. She has been alone since Rey died, so she may be ready to consider a new romance.
But Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) may also catch Chance's eye. The two of them have enjoyed each other's company as friends. Also, Chelsea is rebuilding her life after she almost ended it.
Perhaps Chance could help her with her new lease on life. Not to mention that Chance is a stand-up guy. It may make things awkward with Adam. Will Chance and Chelsea could make a great couple on The Young And The Restless?
