Chelsea does have a knack for falling for men who are taken. She fell for Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) after he befriended her. Rey was married to Sharon Newman (Sharon Case).
However, Rey passed away before anything developed. Still, Rey's death sent Chelsea into a tailspin.
She seemed to find direction when she began co-hosting podcasts with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). The two discovered they had chemistry. Yet, Billy stepped back from the podcasts, and Chelsea also decided to quit. But that did not stop her from planting a kiss on Billy. They both agreed to pretend the kiss never happened.
Now Chelsea and Chance are getting close. Is it only a matter of time before she makes a move? Perhaps Chance will be the one to give into his feelings on Young And The Restless.
