But it looks like Steffy will be able to overcome her pain, as difficult as it may sound. B&B executive producer/head writer Bradley Bell recently teased what's next for her, which is definitely quite intriguing.

It's no secret that Jacqueline MacInnes Wood is expecting her third child soon. The Bold and the Beautiful actress is inching closer to her due date and preparing to take a break.
Steffy Forrester, in an unconscious state, paves the way for Wood's maternity leave. It seems to be the perfect setup for the actress to stay involved in the show despite her upcoming absence.

In a recent interview, Jacqueline MacInnes Wood revealed that she's "basically filming right up until I give birth." The Bold and the Beautiful star added that she has no idea how Steffy Forrester's storyline will go, especially after Finn Finnegan's death.
However, she did hint that viewers are in it for more shocking plot twists. "For the viewers, just buckle up because there's going to be a lot of twists and turns right now," Wood noted. "Things are moving very, very quickly, so I really have no clue… but right now, we're in the thick of it."
B&B Producer Teases What's in Store for Steffy After Finn's Exit
Meanwhile, Bold and the Beautiful executive producer/head writer Bradley Bell admitted that Finn's death was never easy. In an interview with Soap Opera Digest, he revealed that "it's very difficult to make that decision."
Bell added that he loved working with Tanner Novlan and that Finn and Steffy "made an incredible couple." However, all good things must come to an end, especially in soaps.

Steffy's New Love Interest?
Despite the tragic fate of Steffy Forrester, Bradley Bell teased that there's more in store for her on Bold and the Beautiful. After Finn's death, he hinted at " some new adventures lying ahead" for Steffy.
"It will be a sad chapter," Bell noted, "And then, out of the darkness comes the light."
The Bold and the Beautiful producer also hinted that a romance awaits Steffy Forrester. Bradley Bell assured fans that it'd be a shocking one.

"Though it's a time of mourning for Steffy, a romance is in her future — something that's quite unexpected," he added. For now, there's no telling who will be Jacqueline MacInnes Wood's new love interest on the show.
Some fans think Steffy Forrester will go back to Liam Spencer. Others believe Bill Spencer could take Finn's place. Meanwhile, some hope to see a new character or perhaps a crossover as Steffy's new partner.
