LPBW: Tori Explains Jackson's Surgery
Meanwhile, Tori Roloff briefly explained Jackson Roloff's surgery. The Little People, Big World mom noted that the results will not be visible immediately and might take a while to actually see a difference.
"For those who will notice: The surgery was to help straighten his legs over time," Tori pointed out. "It was the less invasive surgery (thank goodness) and easier around baby j. So we won't see a difference for a while, but he is so resilient and is taking it all like a champ."
Earlier this year, Zach and Tori Roloff learned that Jackson Roloff might need leg surgery. At the time, the LPBW couple was told their son "was a good candidate for scraping the growth plate" — a less invasive procedure compared to others.
"Scraping the growth plate is one of the procedures I had done," Zach explained at the time. "The growth plate is some tissue at the top of the bone. By scraping it, you're slowing future bone growth."
