Little People, Big World new mom Audrey Roloff just got real about the painful aftermath of giving birth. The wife of Jeremy Roloff recently welcomed their third child, Radley Knight Roloff, and immediately fell in love with him.
Audrey's third pregnancy has its own challenges, but she handled it like a pro. Now, the TLC star gets real about the difficulties she's currently facing, a few days after welcoming their bouncing baby boy.
Little People, Big World: Audrey Roloff Reveals Postpartum Struggles
Audrey Roloff is now officially a mom of three and she couldn't be any happier about it. The Little People, Big World star has been basking at the joys of motherhood ever since she gave birth to baby Radley Knight Roloff on November 8, 2021.
Jeremy Roloff's wife may still be recovering from delivering Radley into the world, but that doesn't stop her from spending every minute with him. Audrey revealed that she's currently experiencing postpartum pains, which she also had with her first two births.
In an Instagram post, Audrey Roloff revealed she's having issues breastfeeding baby Radley. The LPBW star said her breast milk is thick, causing difficulties in feeding her newborn son.
Audrey added it's the same case with her two other kids. "As most of you know, if you've been around here when Ember and Bode were born, my milk comes in a flurry and is like molasses," she wrote.

LPBW: Strong Mama Audrey Stays Positive for Baby Radley
Audrey Roloff also revealed that she's feeling a lot of discomfort these days because of breast engorgement. It happens when the "breasts are painfully overfull of milk," after producing more than what the baby can consume.
Little People, Big World star Audrey said she had the same experience with her other two kids as well. "I have gotten severe engorgement with all 3 kids within the first 24 hours of them being born," she noted.

Aside from that, the LPBW star struggles with "re-occurring mastitis postpartum." It is the inflammation of the breasts caused by trapped milk, which blocks the milk duct. It is definitely painful and uncomfortable, especially for moms who are still recovering from childbirth.
Despite all that, Audrey Roloff keeps a positive attitude. "I'm doing all my things to fight it off but I appreciate your prayers too," she said. The Little People, Big World mom also gets all her strength from Radley, making all "after birth pains worth it."
