Young and the Restless icon Eric Braeden proves age is just a number in his latest social media post. The veteran actor took to Instagram and shared a video of himself showing off his power punches.
Braeden immediately wowed fans with his agility while doing his boxing routine at the gym. The Victor Newman portrayer throws punches left and right at the punching bag, seemingly proving he still got it despite his age.
Many expressed their admiration for the actor, who shows no sign of slowing down anytime soon. Braeden's Y&R co-star Michelle Stafford (Phyllis Summers) cheers the actor with a big "YES!!!" while John McCook's wife, Laurette, chimes in, "The McCooks send you love, Eric! Kickin ass!!!"
One commenter wrote, "Way to go Eric! Winners never quit, and quitters never win! You Got This!" Another noted, "You have battled much in recent years, Eric. And you keep conquering," seemingly referring to the actor's battle with cancer.

At the time, Braeden said he had been getting cancer treatment, determined to fight it all the way.
"This bastard ain't going to get me, I'm going to get it. I'll be in top form again soon," the actor promised. In August, he revealed that his cancer was gone.
Speaking with People, Braeden explained why he wanted to publicly share his cancer diagnosis. The Titanic star hoped his experience would serve as a reminder for men to "have this damn thing checked out."
Eric Braeden Shares Health Update

"Eff cancer! 84 and going!" he captioned the post.
Although Braeden is cancer-free, he remains proactive about maintaining his health. He continues to encourage everyone not to fear the disease, emphasizing that prevention is better than cure.
"People shouldn't be afraid of it, you know," the Y&R celeb told ET last year. "Just go and have your cystoscopy, have your colonoscopy, have you heart checked out. Do all that, do it in time."
Eric Braeden has a lot to celebrate this year. In addition to being cancer-free, he marked his 45th anniversary as Victor Newman on The Young and the Restless in February. The actor also celebrated his 84th birthday on April 3.
