The latest blow in their family is Josh Duggar's arrest over child pornography charges. This isn't the first time Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar's son shocked fans with his actions.
In 2015, Josh was involved in a molestation scandal. It was so bad that their show 19 Kids and Counting came to an end. Now, with a new scandal to deal with, will the Duggars be able to surpass it again? Or will it be the beginning of their downfall?

Counting On fans are still in shock after it was revealed that Josh Duggar has issues with child pornography. The former reality star is being accused of downloading and possessing materials that depict sexual abuse on children.
This is despite his supposed attempt to change his ways years back. Josh's disturbing behavior was first put to light in 2015. At the time, it was alleged that he abused four of his sisters including a babysitter during his teenage days.
Reports also claim that Jim Bob Duggar knew about it but decided to keep it from the public. Counting On star Jinger Duggar also confirmed that they dealt with it as a family before everything went into public.
According to her, it was a "nightmare" experience as everyone has their eyes on them. But with Josh's recent arrest, it seems all those years of healing and protecting their image was put to waste.

Will This Be the End of the Duggar's Reality Career?
It's no secret that Josh Duggar's recent arrest brought a lot of damage to the family's reputation. Some fans are now asking TLC to cancel their show for good. The Duggar family recently made a huge comeback with their special episode, Counting On: A New Life.
However, it was never followed up and fans think it has something to do with Josh's recent arrest. Meanwhile, Derick Dillard, who's been estranged from the family for years, believes that there's no point in canceling the show.
According to Derick, Josh wasn't even on the show, Counting On, at all. At this point, TLC has yet to share their comments about the heating topic regarding the Duggar's cancellation.

Counting On: Derick Dillard On Family's Dark Secrets
Counting On star Derick Dillard hasn't been a huge fan of Jim Bob Duggar and vice versa. According to reports, Jim Bob dislikes Derick's approach towards the family's beliefs. Reports also claim that Jim Bob was upset about Derick's plan of releasing a tell-all book about the family.
Apparently, Derick's tell-all book is believed to feature the dark sides and secrets of Jim Bob and his conservative family. Fans also speculate that it will damage Jim Bob's media empire once the book is released.
However, Derick previously revealed that he hasn't progressed that much with the book and it will still take more time before he released an update.
