Carter will make a stunning confession to Katie about Quinn. Perhaps he will open up about everything they've been through during their short-lived and complicated romance.
Carter might also tell Katie that Quinn is out of the picture — at least for now. Maybe the writers will wrap up "Quarter's" storyline this way on Bold and the Beautiful.
