Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) is on a mission to get Katie back. They have a long complicated history and share a son. As for Carter, he had a passionate affair with Quinn but, she recently broke his heart. The wounds of their past loves are still fresh. Maybe they can heal together on The Bold And The Beautiful.
Bold and the Beautiful: Can Katie and Carter Get Over Bill and Quinn?
Bill wants Katie back so badly, he turned to Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) for help. Dollar Bill is used to getting what he wants. His luck may have run out with his ex-wife.
Katie confided in Carter that she has no intention of ever reconciling with Dollar Bill Spencer. Perhaps Carter will be the man to help Katie leave Bill behind once and for all.
Of course, Carter has to sort out his feelings for Quinn. Their affair started with friendship and turned into love. Carter even asked Quinn to run away with him. However, she chose to commit to her marriage to Eric Forrester (John McCook).
Even so, Quinn is not over Carter. Bold And The Beautiful spoilers for October 25 to 29 reveal Quinn will confide her true feelings to her bestie, Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards). Shauna will not be surprised to learn that Quinn can not stop thinking of Carter and their passion. Nevertheless, Quinn made a promise to Eric to end things with Carter. Will she have regrets if Carter moves on with Katie?

Katie and Carter Shocks On B&B?
There is no doubt that Katie and Carter are growing closer. Family and friends would certainly raise eyebrows if they become a couple. Bill would have to accept Katie has no interest in reconciliation. However, he may not give up without a fight. Brooke and Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) may not support their sister's new romance. After all, Carter did sleep with Quinn of all people.
Quinn may find herself out in the cold. Eric was just surprised to feel "stirrings" with Donna over a honey encounter. Bold And The Beautiful spoilers hint Brooke will push hard for Eric and Donna to get together. Quinn will be angry and confront the Logan sisters.
