Bold And The Beautiful spoilers imply that Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) will face a serious threat. When Li visited Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown), she unleashed her anger on the birth mom.
Yet Li inadvertently gave Sheila a clue that John "Finn" Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) is still alive. Sheila will be happy that she did not kill her son. However, she will be angry that Li kept that secret from her. Ms. Carter will also be determined to see Finn for herself.

Deputy Chief Baker came to see Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) at work. Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) happened to be there. Bold And The Beautiful spoilers for the week of June 13 to 17 reveal that Baker will break the news that Sheila escaped.
Ridge and Taylor will try to call Li to warn her. However, Sheila is already there, and she is furious. The two women will argue over Finn. Still, something special will occur. Further spoilers for the week suggest that Finn will open his eyes.
Finn will certainly be surprised to see both Sheila and Li at his bedside. Will he recollect that Sheila shot him? Finn may not stay awake for long. B&B spoilers for the week of June 20 to 24 suggest that Sheila will continue to berate Li.
Sheila will feel that Li should have told her Finn was alive. Li will blame Sheila for putting her son in a coma. She will be adamant that she had no reason to let the criminal know that Finn survived. Li may put herself in danger on Bold And The Beautiful.

Will Jack Rescue Li on Bold and the Beautiful?
Jack Finnegan (Ted King) has been missing in action since Finn was shot. B&B summer spoilers divulge that Jack will return to the canvas. Perhaps Jack will learn of Sheila's escape and try to contact Li.
Since Jack and Li are estranged, he may show up in person to check on her. If Jack hears a commotion, he may burst in to save Li.
