Bold And The Beautiful spoilers know that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) has suffered memory loss. When Steffy woke up from the coma, she was still out of it. Yet that did not stop Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) from questioning her about the shooting.
Steffy had no memories of being shot by Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown). Nor does Steffy remember John "Finn" Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) being killed in the alley. B&B spoilers for the week of April 18 to 22 reveal that Steffy's amnesia goes beyond the shooting.
Ridge and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will be taken by surprise when Steffy believes she is still with Liam. Steffy blocked not only the shooting from her mind but also all memories of Finn and their baby, Hayes Finnegan (Piper Harriot).
Hayes not only lost his father, but now his mother will not remember he exists. Hayes will need his family to step up to care for him. Will that include Sheila on Bold And The Beautiful?

B&B: Will Sheila Get Her Chance With Hayes?
Steffy's recovery will cause some conflict. Bold And The Beautiful spoilers for the week of April 18 to 22 divulge that Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) will believe that the truth will hurt Steffy's progress.
Ridge and Taylor will want Liam and everyone to play along with Steffy's beliefs. Naturally, this will not go over well with Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Hope Logan (Annika Noelle). However, it may work out well for Sheila.
Hayes may be vulnerable to Sheila as long as Steffy can not be a protective mama bear. Taylor has turned a blind eye to Sheila's twisted past now that she has saved the shrink's life.
The good doctor may grant Sheila access to her grandson. This may not be the best idea because Sheila is becoming more and more unhinged.
Taylor has no way of knowing that Sheila is being crushed under the weight of her guilt and anxiety about killing Finn. Letting Sheila get close to Hayes may mean more danger for Steffy on Bold And The Beautiful.

Sheila Wants Steffy Gone on Bold and the Beautiful
Steffy stands in the way of Sheila having a life with Hayes. Not to mention that Steffy has the potential to put Sheila behind bars for the rest of her life.
Bold And The Beautiful spoilers for the week of April 18 to 22 suggest that Sheila will have enough of living in fear. Sheila will vow to finish Steffy off. How will Sheila plan Steffy's death?

It is not likely that Sheila will get the opportunity to eliminate Steffy. Perhaps Sheila will turn her attention to Hayes. In Sheila's twisted mind, Hayes may be a chance to make up for killing Finn.
Sheila could become overly possessive of her grandson. Or Sheila could take it to another extreme. Sheila knows that Steffy's memories could come flooding back.
Any progress Sheila makes with Hayes would come to an abrupt end. Sheila could decide to go on the run with Hayes on The Bold And The Beautiful.
