Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for April 11 to 15 suggest Taylor Hayes will plead with Sheila Carter to help her up. But Ms. Carter will find it hard to keep her balance and struggle to save her "bestie."
Fortunately, Sheila will muster all of her might and, in the end, yank Taylor up. Taylor and Sheila's friendship will undoubtedly become stronger as a result of this near-death experience.

Sheila could use the opportunity to gain Taylor's trust even more. Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for the week of April 11 to 15 suggest Sheila may apologize because it was her fault Taylor was up on that roof in the first place.
Sheila might even beat herself up for unintentionally causing terrible things to happen. But Taylor will be eternally grateful to Sheila for saving her life. She could argue that she was aware of the dangers when she got so near to the edge of the building.
