Bold And The Beautiful spoilers know that Steffy Forrester's (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) condition has taken a surprising turn. Steffy was in a coma because she was a victim of a gunshot wound. Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) not only shot Steffy, but she also killed her own son, John "Finn" Finnegan (Tanner Novlan).
When Steffy woke up she blocked all memories of the shooting. Still, her memory loss has an added twist. Steffy believes that she is still married to Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), her "sweet husband"
Truth be told, many Bold And The Beautiful fans saw this coming a mile away. B&B spoilers for the week of April 18 to 22 tease that Steffy has no memory of Finn at all or their son, Hayes Finnegan (Piper Harriot).
Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) will be concerned that the truth will hurt Steffy's progress. So she and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will want Liam to play along. The only problem is Liam has a wife on Bold And The Beautiful.

Liam will share with Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) that Steffy believes he is her husband. Bold And The Beautiful spoilers for the week of April 18 to 22 suggest that Hope will attempt to gently nudge Steffy back to reality.
Yet, Steffy is blocking the trauma of Finn being shot to death by his mother. Not to mention that Steffy almost lost her life in that shooting. Steffy may not be ready to face reality. That will cause friction between the Forresters and the Logans.
Liam's role as Steffy's husband does not sit well with Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) as well. Bold And The Beautiful spoilers for the week reveal that Brooke will argue with Ridge and Taylor.

In the end, Liam will pretend he and Steffy are still married. That means that Liam will have to be a constant presence in the hospital. Yet Steffy could be discharged before her memories are recovered.
