Bold And The Beautiful spoilers know that Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) is grateful to Bill Spencer (Don Diamont). First, Bill found Li, dazed and confused, lying in an alley.
Bill took the disheveled woman home and cared for her. Then Li revealed that John "Finn" Finnegan(Tanner Novlan) was alive and in Sheila Carter's (Kimberlin Brown) clutches. Bill immediately jumped into action to save him.
Not only did Bill save Finn, but he also flew the young man to Monte Carlo. That is where Finn was reunited with his wife, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).
For his part, Bill is impressed by Li, and they have one important thing in common. They both would do anything to protect their sons. B&B summer spoilers tease that Bill's chance encounter with Li could lead to romance. Is it time for Bill to find new love on Bold And The Beautiful?

B&B: Are Bill and Li Meant To Be Together?
Bill Spencer had hopes of reuniting with Katie Logan (Heather Tom). However, Katie made it clear that would never happen. Bill has been alone for a long time.
As for Li Finnegan, she has been estranged from her husband, Jack Finnegan (Ted King). When Jack confessed he had an affair with Sheila and Finn was his biological son, his marriage imploded. Li will never forgive Jack for the secrets he kept. So Bill and Li are both single at the time.
It would be refreshing to see Bill and Li start a romance without either one being torn over another love. Bill already seems intrigued by Li. When she came to visit him to express her gratitude, they had a nice talk.
The pair certainly opened up to one another. The two have embarked on a friendship. Will the friendship grow into love on Bold And The Beautiful?

Li Finnegan may find another reason to visit Bill Spencer. After all, he was easy to talk to. Bill felt at ease with Li as well. Perhaps sparks may fly between the two.
Maybe Li will offer to buy Bill dinner to thank him. Or Bill may take the opportunity to ask Li out on a date. B&B spoilers speculate that Bill and Li will share their first kiss. If the two go out on a date, a kiss would be the perfect way to end the evening.

Or Bill and Li could have an emotional talk about Finn's happiness. Maybe the two will celebrate Sheila's demise. Bill and Li could get swept up in emotions and kiss.
Either way, a kiss would be the beginning of the next chapter for the two of them. Bill and Li could become the next power couple on The Bold And The Beautiful.
