Bold And The Beautiful predictions suggest Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will do some digging. Steffy knows something is going on with Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang). Steffy is worried about her dad, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). Therefore, Steffy wants to get to the bottom of Brooke's issue, especially because she believes that Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) is involved.
Steffy and Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) tried to get Ridge to dish about Brooke, but it didn't work. Steffy will have to turn elsewhere to get the dirt on Brooke.
Meanwhile, little Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) finally got Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) to take him seriously. He did see Brooke kissing Santa on New Year's Eve.

Hope will stress to Liam that Brooke's sobriety should be kept under wraps. Liam will want to appease his wife. Yet, Liam may cave under Steffy's pressure.
B&B spoilers for January tease Steffy will arrange to meet with Liam. It may be under the guise of sharing time with their daughter. However, the real reason may be to grill her ex. If anyone can get Liam to expose Brooke's secrets, it is Steffy.

Letting that slip would certainly cause friction in his marriage. Yet Steffy may conclude Brooke's drinking had to do with Deacon.
If Steffy learns Brooke drank, she will be convinced she is not good for Ridge. Steffy will ignore Hope's warning not to interfere with Brooke's marriage.
Then, Hope and Steffy will be at odds. Also, Liam's marriage will be in trouble. Liam may try to keep Hope in the dark about his loose lips. However, it is a sure bet Hope will learn Liam spilled the beans on The Bold And The Beautiful.
