90 Day Fiance alum Rosemarie Vega has been relatively quiet about Ed Brown, only giving comments about him occasionally when asked. The Filipina native opted to steer clear of his controversial ex-boyfriend after their split, which proves to be a smart move for her.
But it seems Rosemarie is ready to give more details about their past romance. In a recent interview, the mother of one revealed how she really felt about the split and its effect on her dating life.
90 Day Fiance: Rosemarie Vega Looks Back at Failed Romance With Big Ed
Rosemarie Vega continues to make a name for herself on social media, making big waves even in the Philippines. The 90 Day Fiance celeb recently had an interview with her local news program and revealed some intriguing details about her past with Big Ed.
Video chatting from her home, Rosemarie looked back at her romance with Ed Brown. The reality star said their long-distance relationship was doing okay prior to joining the show.
However, things took a different turn when they decided to join 90 Day Fiance and met each other in person for the first time. Rosemarie Vega said she saw Ed's true color when they spent a few months together in her home country, as seen on the show.
Rose also revealed that she felt Big Ed doesn't fully accept where she comes from. That's when she realized that they're not really compatible with each other.
"Maybe the real reason was we didn't really 'click' anymore, no matter what we did," Rosemarie added.
Rosemarie Traumatized by Ed Brown?
Despite that, Rosemarie Vega still tried to make things work. The 90 Day Fiance alum said she gave her 100% to save the relationship. "As a woman, you still give it our best before deciding to let go," she explained.
But Rose can only endure so much in her relationship with Big Ed. The reality star said she tried "turning everything negative to positive," but it just doesn't work anymore. That's when she decided to pull the plug in their relationship.
The aspiring model claimed her breakup from Ed "traumatized" her. Rosemarie said it was so bad that she doesn't want to go back to dating anytime soon.
"I was so traumatized that I said, 'Okay, maybe it's not yet time to date,'" Rose revealed. "Maybe when we're ready again, especially my son, I'll be okay."
90 Day Fiance Star Has 'No Regrets' About Breakup
Rosemarie Vega confidently said that she has "no regrets" about her split from Ed Brown. The 90 Day Fiance celeb still believes that separating from him is the best thing to do for both of them.
If there's one thing Rose learned from the show is the importance of not being the only one who "gives" in a relationship. "If you really love each other, both of you have to adjust no matter where you go and where you come from," she added.
