90 Day Fiance star Evelin Villegas' business takes a huge blow and she's not happy about it. The TLC star revealed her beachside bar is currently facing a major setback after it was forced to shut down.
Evelin started the small venture with the help of her longtime boyfriend, Corey Rathgeber. She's been very hands-on in running the bar, spending most of her time there.
90 Day Fiance: Evelin Villegas Devastated as Business Forced to Close
Evelin Villegas is having mixed emotions after the sudden closure of her bar Cocteles del Paraiso and her family's restaurant. The 90 Day Fiance beach lover took to Instagram and announced the shocking news to her followers.
In a lengthy post written in Spanish, Corey Rathgeber's girlfriend said her small business has "collapsed" after the "abandonment" of the Engabao Communal Council. Evelin revealed her bar was forced to shut down and was demolished despite their disapproval. Her family's 17-year-old restaurant also suffered the same fate.
The 90 Day Fiance celeb added that the property where the bar and restaurant were located was given to someone else. Although they were offered relocation, Evelin Villegas said she's not accepting it. She pointed out that the relocation site is in a far place and it's not ideal for her business.

Evelin Feels Betrayed
Evelin Villegas couldn't help but feel hurt and betrayed by the unexpected move. The 90 Day Fiance star noted that her family was the first to start tourism in Paradise Beach over 17 years ago.
Evelin said the family business was the first to bring tourism to Engabao and helped it become a famous tourist spot. However, their contribution seemed completely ignored as they were kicked out of the property.
What irked her more is that other nearby establishments on the beach were not removed except for them. "It is painful to know that everything you work for one day can be taken from your hands," the 90 Day Fiance star added. "More than 17 years in one place already becomes a right!"
90 Day Fiance Star Starting From Scratch but Confident She'll Make It
Despite the fate of her bar, Evelin Villegas is still not giving up on it, even if it means starting from scratch all over again. The 90 Day Fiance star seems confident that she'll succeed regardless of where she relocates her business.
Evelin said she's thankful for having the "resources to start over." Previously, the reality star proudly revealed that she made over $53,000 less than a year after joining OnlyFans. She continues to rake in some serious cash through the site, making her one of the few cast members who made it big on the platform.
The reality star said she's more concerned about those who don't have the capabilities to resume their businesses. "Let's stop making the poor poorer!" Evelin Villegas added. "Much more so during a pandemic, where everyone's economy has been hit so hard. In this life, we have to stand up together not crush each other."
