The couple adopted Anna from Siberia when she was only four years old. She's come a long way since then. Here's a look at her journey so far.

On Friday, May 7, Anna Johnston turned 21 years old. The 7 Little Johnstons fan-favorite enjoyed a simple birthday celebration with her family at their home in Forsyth, Georgia.
Anna was all smiles as she posed next to her birthday cake. It seems the family even pulled an inside joke as they used the number "9" birthday candle instead of "21," which is Anna's real age. "Here I come, 21," the 7 Little Johnstons star wrote.

Trent and Amber Johnston Share Childhood Pics of Anna
Meanwhile, Amber and Trent Johnston also commemorated their oldest daughter's special day with a touching tribute. The 7 Little Johnstons couple shared several photos of their oldest daughter through the years.
One snap shows Anna as a toddler being cute with her short blonde hair and contagious smile. Another picture shows little Anna being carried by her mom Amber.
There's also a shot of Anna as a teenager with her big smile and short wavy hair. "Happy 21st Birthday to our oldest girl!" the 7 Little Johnston's official IG page wrote. "We love you and are very proud of the woman you are becoming!"

7 Little Johnstons: What's the Latest on Anna?
So what's keeping Anna Johnston busy lately? Previously, the 7 Little Johnstons star revealed she lost her job as a daycare teacher due to COVID-19.
Fortunately, her online business seems to do well despite the pandemic. Anna runs an Etsy store called Fizz 4 Passion. The shop offers a wide variety of bracelets personally handcrafted by her. The reality star said her small business is the only source of income she has after losing her job.

Anna is not the only family member who runs an online business. Her sister Elizabeth owns Liz Doodles, which sells some of her artworks. Emma, on the other hand, runs her own accessories store called Rings' n Things.
As for Alex, he owns Alex Paper Co. which sells some of his origami creations online. 7 Little Johnstons will return for its 9th season on May 25, 2021.
