Nick Deals a Fatal Blow, but the Body Goes Missing
Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) will be pushed over the edge. Y&R spoilers for the week of July 25 to 29 reveal that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will come to Victoria Newman's (Amelia Heinle) defense after Locke threatens her.
Nick will punch Ashland, and his head will hit the brick fireplace. Nick will not detect a pulse, and Victoria's efforts to revive Locke will fail.
Victoria will call Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd). Then Nick will take a walk to clear his head, and Victoria will follow. When the two of them return to the house to wait for Chance, Ashland's body is nowhere to be found.
Phyllis Considers a Change
Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is certainly not happy that Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) is settling comfortably in Genoa City. Young And The Restless spoilers for the week of July 25 to 29 divulge that Diane will make progress with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).
Phyllis will consider taking a job at Marchetti's to sabotage Diane. However, the Grand Phoenix keeps Phyllis busy. Red will consider Lily Winters' (Christel Khalil) offer to buy the hotel.
Michael's New Challenge
No one can say that the Newmans do not keep Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) busy. Young And The Restless spoilers for the week of July 25 to 29 indicate that Michael will take on a new project.
Perhaps Michael will have to come up with a way to protect Nick from his role in Ashland's supposed demise. Lauren Fenmore (Tracey E. Bregman) will once again express her concern over Michael's work with the Newmans.
In Other News About Town
Young And The Restless spoilers for the upcoming week divulge that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will deliver bad news to someone.
Nick will take time from his troubles to offer Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) advice.

Over at Chancellor-Winters, there will be trouble. Once again, Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will clash over a business project.
Victor Takes Control
Young And The Restless spoilers for the week of July 25 to 29 suggest that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will do damage control in the aftermath of Ashland's death. Still, Nick will face a moral dilemma and confess to Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott).
Meanwhile, further teasers indicate that Victor will make Ashland's death look like an accident. He will have to protect the Newman legacy from Ashland even though he is dead.
