On her Instagram Stories, Courtney cited a quote about being free to do anything you want.
"You are allowed to outgrow the life you thought you wanted," the message read. "You are under no obligation to stay in places you no longer want to be, even if those places exist only in your mind and heart."
Courtney also noted that everyone has the right to move on and change for the better.
"You're allowed to move on. You're allowed to evolve," she added. "You're allowed to change. You're allowed to become who you actually are."
Is She Referring to Mark?
Young and the Restless fans were quick to assume that Courtney Hope's post is somehow about Mark Grossman. The pair managed to have an off-the-radar romance, so much so that many still don't know much about it.
