Young and the Restless spoilers tease Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Victoria Newman will have a showdown. Lily was not happy when Victoria and Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) offered to buy Chancecomn.
The Newman/Locke offer came with the condition that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) was out. It was a shock to learn it was all Victoria's idea.
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) believes that Victoria made the move to protect Billy. Y&R spoilers for the week of December 6 to 10 reveal Victor will warn Victoria against protecting Billy Boy Abbott.
However, Lily may have a different take on Victoria's business moves. Victoria is being "the business person her father taught her to be." Nevertheless, it seems cruel to kick the father of your children when he is down.
Thanks to Victor and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), Billy lost his business and his reputation. Now, Newman Media and Newman/Locke are in a bidding war for what is left of Chancecomm. It does not sit well with Lily that Victoria could be so ruthless, especially when Billy is left hung to dry on Young and the Restless.

Young and the Restless: Victoria's Decision Hurts Billy More
Billy lost the company he helped to create. He was proud of the work he and Lily did at Chancecomm. Then, he had to sit back while Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) appointed Lily as CEO of Chancellor Industries.
Billy encouraged Lily to take the position. Nonetheless, Billy is still hurt that his mother cast him out of the family business. Now, Victoria made a decision that is bound to cause Billy more pain.
Victoria made a unilateral decision to send her children to boarding school. To make matters worse, she has not told Billy yet. Young and the Restless spoilers speculate that Billy will be taken aback by Victoria sending his children away.
It will hurt even more when Billy learns Victoria was protecting the children from their father. Lily has been very supportive of Billy, and she will not be happy either. Not to mention, she loves those children too.

Lily Unleashes on Victoria?
Lily is indeed angry that Victoria wants Chancecomm. It is especially galling that Ashland threatened to file a lawsuit when he was part of the conspiracy to take Billy down.
Also, every word printed about Ashland was true. Victoria is also aware that Billy was framed.
Y&R spoilers for the week of December 6 to 10 suggest Lily will try hard to remain civil. However, the truth is she really wants to rip into Victoria.
Is it only a matter of time before Lily unloads on Victoria? Lily may get great satisfaction from unloading on Victoria on The Young and the Restless.
