This week, Victor teaches Adam a painful lesson. Young and the Restless spoilers say The Mustache puts his black sheep son in his place and tries to instill humility.
Adam can't believe his dad wasted no time telling Victoria about his plan to merge companies with Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case). But Victor defends his move, pointing out that Vicky is the CEO, so she must be informed.

Adam notes that Victoria told Nate about it, who then informed Audra. He now anticipates that things will be more challenging.

Victor yells that he's tired of Adam's attitude. He's worked so hard to create harmony in the family and business, but all his son does is rebel.
In the end, he says he's not pulling the plug on Adustus-Kirsten. However, he's changing Adam's involvement in it. He claims he's only protecting his son from himself.

Young and the Restless: Adam Forced to Obey?
Victor agrees to merge the two companies. He commands Adam, Nick, and Sharon to work under his tutelage.

Young and the Restless spoilers say Adam has no choice but to accept Victor's terms. But before he leaves, he tells him that he offered Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) the head of IT department.
