Victoria got her mother riled up about Nick and Sally. Young And The Restless spoilers for the week of December 12 to 16 suggest that Nikki will warn her son to stay away from the redhead.
But Nick will defend Sally from his mother. He will acknowledge the wrongs that Sally has done. But he also has seen her change for the better.
Not to mention that Nick is a fully grown man capable of making his own choices, especially when it comes to his love life. Will he choose to move on with Sally on Young And The Restless?

Sally will walk in during Nikki and Nick's conversation. Nikki will roll her eyes, but Nick and Sally will sit down to discuss her new business venture.
