Young and the Restless: Phyllis Accepts Guilty Plea
Phyllis Summers takes the risk and accepts a guilty plea on one condition. Young and the Restless spoilers say she agrees to Christine Blair's deal as long as her kids, Daniel Romalotti and Summer Newman, will not be prosecuted.

She then meets with Judge Franklin and pleads guilty. She explains this move is against her counsel's advice but insists it's the right thing to do.
Phyllis details her side of the story, blaming Jeremy Stark and claiming self-defense. She also admits that she teamed up with him to get revenge on Diane Jenkins.

Phyllis Gets Off the Hook
But Phyllis Summers maintains she only did it to protect her family. Young and the Restless spoilers say she insists she was a terrified victim and begs for mercy.
Of course, Christine Blair thinks otherwise. She stands by her sentencing recommendation, reiterating that laws have been broken.

When the judge asks Phyllis what she thinks would be the appropriate sentence, she tells her that she's already paid a price. She points out that she's lost the respect and trust of everyone.
Given the chance, she'd like to make amends and be a better mother and person. Young and the Restless spoilers note Phyllis begs for an opportunity to change.

Surprisingly, the judge sentences her to six months of community service and a year of probation. However, if she violates them, she will see her again and will not be as forgiving.
Young and the Restless: Crisis Not Over for Phyllis?
Despite Phyllis Summers' freedom, the crisis is far from over. Young and the Restless spoilers note that the redhead knows she's about to face more chaos now that she's off the hook.

For one, Tucker McCall will likely continue to be a threat to Phyllis. Both are not backing down, blackmailing each other.
Then, there's Diane Jenkins, whose hatred for her will not be easily forgotten. The same goes for Jack Abbott.

Of course, Phyllis has to worry about Summer and Daniel too. Both of her kids have lost their trust in her.
She'll have to work hard and prove she's a changed woman. But given that she schemed her way out of her legal woes, that might be hard to do.
