Diane is certainly playing a game to get close to Jack. Still, her return from the dead raises a million questions. The obvious one is how is she alive? Diane's appearance is another mystery. So is she connected to Keemo Abbott (Philip Moon)? How does Diane know about Keemo's passing and that he had a daughter?
Allie doesn't have a clue who Diane is. Yet Diane managed to have a box of Keemo's mementos for Jack to discover. Diane is known to be a very problematic person. She also has a checkered past with Jack. Diane also happens to be Kyle Abbott's (Michael Mealor) mother.
If Diane's goal is to get Jack back, facilitating an introduction to his granddaughter may be a good start. Young And The Restless spoilers for the week March 28 to April 1 suggest that Jack and Allie will get closer as they share lunch in Los Angeles.
Since Diane is behind the lunch, she will certainly be pleased with the progress of her plan. Her plan may be to be the next Mrs. Jack Abbott on Y&R.
