It turns out that it is just what Chelsea needed. She and Billy certainly enjoyed working on the podcast together. However, Billy had bad news for her.
He decided to give up the podcasts to focus on his job as Chancellor-Winters COO. Y&R: Chelsea Makes a Bold Move
Chelsea Lawson will deny having feelings for Billy Abbott, but Chloe Mitchell is not buying it. Chelsea was very upset that Billy wanted to quit the podcast. Chloe will warn Chelsea off of Billy.
Yet Chelsea will make a move that puts Billy in an uncomfortable situation. Longtime Young And The Restless viewers know that Chelsea is Johnny Abbott's (Paxton Mishkind) biological mother. Chelsea gave up her parental rights, and Victoria Newman Locke (Amelia Heinle) adopted the infant.
Chelsea has been anxious for Johnny and Conner Newman (Judah Mackey) to know they are brothers. Victoria was adamant that this was not the time.
Still, Y&R spoilers for the week of August 22 to 26 suggest that Chelsea will tell Johnny that she is his biological mother. Naturally, Victoria will be furious that Chelsea crossed a line. Billy will be caught in the middle of the two women on Young And The Restless?

Billy Gives Mixed Signals on Young and the Restless
After Chelsea's bold move, Y&R spoilers for the week of August 22 to 26 imply that Billy will give her mixed signals. Billy also thought that this was a bad time for Johnny to learn the truth.
After all, Johnny is still struggling with Ashland Locke's (Robert Newman) death. On the other hand, Billy could be relieved that the truth is out.

Or maybe he will have mixed feelings about quitting the podcast. Chelsea had a front-row seat to Billy's enjoyment of the podcast. She also pointed out that being a corporate stuffed suit is not Billy's style.
So Billy may be quitting just to make Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) happy. This may cause problems between the couple. Perhaps Chelsea will make another bold move on The Young And The Restless.
