Young and the Restless: Daniel Makes Up His Mind?
Daniel Romalotti struggles with a moral dilemma as Summer-Newman Abbott asks her to keep quiet about Phyllis Summers. Young and the Restless spoilers note he's not comfortable keeping the truth, knowing that it greatly affected innocent lives.
Daniel finally makes up his mind and decides to come clean. He stops Michael Baldwin at Crimson Lights and asks him to go with him.
Michael reminds Daniel that he's working on Diane's case, so it's probably not a good idea to ask him for help. But Daniel says he has proof that Diane is innocent, which piqued the lawyer's interest.

Daniel's Shocking Revelation?
Daniel Romalotti and Michael Baldwin arrive at the Abbott mansion, where Jack and Kyle Abbott are waiting. Young and the Restless spoilers say Daniel learns Summer's not home, which he thinks is a good thing.
He's unsure how his sister will react to what he's going to say. "Phyllis is alive." Michael believes Daniel is joking, but he insists it is true.
Daniel explains that he received a from someone who asked him to meet in the park. He claims it was Phyllis.

He goes on to tell Jack, Kyle, and Michael about Jeremy Stark manipulating his mother. Daniel reveals that everything that transpired that fateful night was staged.
Daniel adds that Phyllis wanted to come home and reveal the truth, but Jeremy attacked her. Then, in a desperate attempt to save her life, Phyllis killed Jeremy.

However, Young and the Restless spoilers say Daniel leaves a crucial piece of information. He intentionally did not reveal that Summer was the first to know about everything.
And when Kyle jumps up to tell Summer, Daniel asks him not to. He claims he doesn't want his sister to feel hurt that Phyllis contacted him first.

Young and the Restless: Will Daniel Pay the Price?
Jack Abbott is furious. He yells that Phyllis Summers has put them through hell. However, Daniel Romalotti defends his mom, reiterating that she wasn't herself.
He adds that his mother trusted the wrong man and is now paying the price. Jack is determined to find Phyllis. Daniel thinks he only wants her in jail.
He tells Jack and Michael that he wants his mother's name to be cleared. However, that may be difficult to do.

Young and the Restless spoilers say Michael isn't sure how Phyllis could get away with it. He's even concerned that Daniel might be in trouble for aiding and abetting obstruction of justice.
The lawyer points out that Daniel could be seen as a suspect since he knows how Jeremy Stark died. At this point, it's a tricky situation for both parties.
