Young And The Restless spoilers tease another twist in Dominic Abbott Newman Winters Chancellor's (Rainn and River Ware) story. Abby Newman Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) noticed Dominic was not acting well. Abby and Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) took the baby to the doctor.
The couple decided to keep Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) in the loop. Hamilton was immediately concerned that the doctor ran blood tests. So all three of Dominic's parents waited for the results.
Abby, Devon, and Chance were stunned by the results. Dom's red blood cell count is low. Moreover, the baby will need a bone marrow aspiration. Those results would terrify any parent, and Dom's parents are no exception.
Y&R spoilers for the upcoming weeks suggest Dominic will suffer a major medical crisis. Further spoilers imply that Abby and Chance will turn to Devon when they face a crucial challenge. Will this challenge lead to a surprising revelation on Young And The Restless?
Y&R: Devon Is Not the Daddy?
Little Dom might need blood or, worse yet, a bone marrow transplant. Abby and Chance may ask Devon to donate. Yet, Y&R spoilers for the week of February 14 to 18 reveal Devon will receive some devastating news.
Perhaps Devon will not be a match for his "son." That would lead to a slew of questions. Many Young and The Restless viewers were upset that Devon sought shared custody of Dominic. They were equally upset that Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) used her legal skills to help her boyfriend. After all, Devon agreed to be just a sperm donor.
Even though Abby made Devon the godfather and assured him a place in the baby's life, it wasn't enough. Abby, along with many Y&R fans, was angry that Devon insisted on changing the terms of the original contract.
Yet, Abby reluctantly agreed that Devon could have scheduled visits with the baby. Devon even started referring to himself as Daddy. However, Devon may be in for a rude awakening on the CBS soap.
Will Dominic Need To Add Another Last Name on Y&R?
If Devon is not Dominic's biological father, then who is? The main suspect is Ben "Stitch" Rayburn (Sean Carrigan). Y&R rumors have been running rampant that Stitch switched sperm samples.
Stitch is a doctor and presumably knows how things work in a laboratory. Maybe Stitch was trying to replace the baby that he and Abby lost. After all Stitch's son was responsible for that loss. Also, Max Rayburn (Jared Breeze) is the reason Abby can't carry a child.
Stitch is currently on the run with his mentally ill son. Yet, his departure left us with questions. Was Stitch spying on Abby? He had to know Abby was going to use a surrogate and a donor.
If Stitch wanted to play the hero, why did he kidnap Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) for so long? Maybe Stitch's real plan was interrupted. All his actions seemed so out of character. So if Dom needs blood or bone marrow, will Stitch return to save the day? Stitch's return will ramp up the drama on The Young And The Restless.
