Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) fed Victoria's ego by kicking Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) out of the CEO position at Newman Media. Since then, Victoria has been on a roll.
Ms. CEO acquired new companies for Newman Enterprises. But that was not enough. When Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) came up with the idea to take over Chancellor-Winters, Victoria was all in.
Now that their scheme was exposed, Nate was fired and shunned by his family. Yet Victoria found a place at Newman for her friend. Too bad it came at Sally Spectra's (Courtney Hope) expense.
Still, Y&R speculation hints that Sally will come back strong. Victoria better watches her back on The Young And The Restless.

Y&R: Sally Gets Revenge?
Victoria Newman's decision did not sit well with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). She claimed that Sally Spectra did not have the experience to do the job. However, Nate has less experience than Sally.
Victoria also claimed that she wanted to surround herself with loyal people. Well, Sally proved her loyalty when she did not run with the story of Ashland's death. Nate, on the other hand, betrayed his own family. Can he be trusted?
Not to mention that Sally was doing a good job at Newman Media. She had many great ideas to take the company into the future. Sally may be down, but she can not be counted out.
Y&R speculation hints that Sally could get a job with the competition. After all, Chancellor-Winters has at least two open COO positions. Moreover, the company has its own media division. Sally could take her energy, drive, and progressive ideas over to Victoria's rivals on Young And The Restless.

Will Victoria's Actions Haunt Her on Young and the Restless?
The best revenge is living well. So Sally Spectra may just be interested in doing a phenomenal job at her next place of employment. It could be icing on the cake if Nate tanks in his new job.
If Sally lands at Chancellor-Winters, she could soar. After all, she may be appreciated there. Instead of worrying about her job all the time, Sally could just concentrate on the work.
