Victor's Plan for Adam
Victor Newman is going in for the kill. Young and the Restless spoilers note all is set for his plan to take over Tucker McCall's company.
Victor is confident that the Newmans will be able to nail this. He wants his rival's company, not only to expand his empire but to lure Adam Newman back as well.
Y&R spoilers say The Mustache wants his estranged son to run Tucker's company. He believes in his skills and doesn't want his rivals to benefit from him.
However, not everyone's on board with Victor's plan. Victoria Newman has been very vocal about her opposition, telling her father that he'll regret this big move.

Victoria's Concerns

Reuniting his family has always been Victor's goal despite the risks that come with it. Victoria notes that they'll be dealing with two wild cards now, Adam and Tucker. The Mustache assures his daughter that he got this and promises to deal with them accordingly.

Adam Plots Against Victoria
Meanwhile, it seems Adam Newman is ready to go to war with Victoria Newman. Young and the Restless spoilers for the week tease that he plans to go after his sister.
Expect to see Adam plots to undermine Victoria. Perhaps he will accept Victor's offer and do his best to make the company a huge success. It'll be a big slap in the face of Victoria if he takes Tucker's company to new heights under his leadership.
