Victor issues an ultimatum to the Newman siblings and tells them exactly what he wants. First, he wants Nick and Adam Newman to work together at Adustus International. Then, he wants Victoria to take the company as a subsidiary of Newman Enterprises.
As expected, Adam opposes the idea. He would rather lose the company than have his father dictate his life.
But Nick somehow convinced him to see the situation as an opportunity. Young and the Restless spoilers note he thinks it'll be easier to work together than out-maneuver their father.

Victor Makes Tempting Offer to Sally?

Victor knows how much Sally means to Adam. If he gets her to work at Newman, he might just convince his son to return to the family. Plus, hiring Sally will help him keep an eye on Nick too.
Victor will likely ask Sally to help him unite the brothers. However, it might not be easy as both men are into her.
