Young And The Restless spoilers know Victor Newnan (Eric Braeden) is accustomed to getting what he wants. Right now, Victor wants Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) back in the Newman fold.
Victor also approached Adam about Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) spending more time at the ranch. Adam agreed to consider letting Connor spend more time with his grandparents. However, Adam would not entertain the idea of returning to Newman Enterprises.
Victor would love nothing more than to have Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), and Adam running Newman Enterprises together. However, Adam has been burned by his father too many times when it comes to the family business.
Still, Y&R spoilers for January suggest that Victor will make moves to bring Adam back to his company. Will The Mustache lure the prodigal son back to the family on Young And The Restless?

It irks Victor Newman that Adam Newman is working for his rival, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman). Although Adam does not feel like he fits in at Jabot, he is not ready to leave.
Moreover, he does not want to come back to his father's company as a subordinate to Victoria Newman. Not to mention that there is a conflict between him and Nick Newman over Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope).
Nick and Sally are an item, but Adam still loves the redhead. Things are going to be even more complicated now that she is pregnant.
Victor does not like that his sons are at odds over Sally. He also does not want Adam working at Jabot either. Y&R spoilers for the upcoming weeks tease Victor will play dirty to get his way.
The Newman patriarch will cause "absolute mayhem," so much so that Adam may have no choice but to return to the family. What tricks will Victor have up his sleeve on Young and the Restless?

Will Victor Get His Way on Young and the Restless?
Victor Newman may want to make it appealing for Adam Newman to return. Y&R January spoilers indicate that he will play hardball to get his hands on something that would entice his son.
Victor did have a talk with Victoria about going after Chancellor-Winters. Perhaps he will go after the company so Adam can run it. Will it work?

Added spoilers imply that there will be conflict at Chancellor-Winters about going public. Victor would have to strike while the iron is hot.
Still, it will not be smooth sailing if Adam returns to the fold. Victoria has no love for her brother. Not to mention that Adam could be on the defensive when it comes to Victoria's feelings about Chelsea.
