Looks like Kyle Abbott still couldn't find it in his heart to forgive Summer Newman-Abbott. Young and the Restless spoilers say he continues to give her the cold shoulder despite her apology.
Summer has been begging her husband to forgive her and work things out. She points out that Diane Jenkins has forgiven her, so why can't he?
Kyle says he simply can't let go of his anger, adding that it might take a long time for him to get over it. Summer explains that she was confused and afraid when Phyllis first reached out to her.
But Kyle thinks Summer should've come talk to him instead of keeping it a secret and sleeping in another room. Now, he wants the same time and space he gave her.
Diane Offers Help?
Amid the tension in her marriage, Summer Newman-Abbott gets much-needed support from Diane Jenkins. Young and the Restless spoilers say Diane feels terrible that Summer and Kyle are going through this.
It seems Diane is ready to set aside her issue with Phyllis Summers and be there for Summer — at least for now. She knows her daughter-in-law feels helpless and scared, especially now that she might lose Kyle for good.
Summer feels weird talking about her problems with Diane. But Diane assures her she's there for her, with no judgment. She knows how it feels, especially since she experienced the same with Jack Abbott.
Diane says her fallout with Jack is all in the past, and hopes it'll be the same for Summer and Kyle. Summer says she didn't trust her husband with her feelings and put her mother before her marriage. Now, she's paying the price.
