'Young and the Restless': Kyle Reveals Deal With Victor
Tuesday's spoilers for Young and the Restless feature Claire and Kyle's conversation at Crimson Lights. Claire is upset that Kyle hasn't told her much about his deal with Victor. "Why did you lie to me and then excuse it by saying you were just protecting me?" she says. Kyle's confession catches her off guard.
"I put it in writing that if I did anything to betray you I would pay him five million dollars and leave Genoa City forever," he admits. Claire is confused about Kyle's revelation. "It may seem that way now, but I was desperate to get Victor off my back. My heart was in the right place," he adds. Claire then wonders if Kyle hid the truth about kissing Audra to avoid costing him 5 million dollars. But Kyle clarifies to her that he only did it to protect her, swearing that he's no longer hiding anything from her.
Nick Asks Phyllis For Help
Phyllis arrives to meet Nick following his message to see her in Tuesday's spoilers of Young and the Restless. Phyllis wonders why he asks to meet her. Nick didn't waste any time and asked Phyllis about what Cane wants from her. "Did Cane recruit you for your computer skills? I assume he already asked you to look into AI and learn everything you can about it, tell me I'm wrong," he says. Phyllis explains that Cane was only trying to help her, but Nick warns her to stay away from him.
Nick then tells Phyllis about how terrifying AI can be, adding that someone caught with such a tool could get imprisoned for up to 10 years. "I can't watch you go to prison, I won't do it," he adds. However, Phyllis insists that she didn't do anything that would put anyone in danger. "Anything Cane shares with you, you share with me," Nick asks. Nick leaves the scene, and Phyllis makes a call to Cane. "You son of a bitch, why didn't you tell me what you were getting me into?" she says.
On the other hand, Mariah meets with Tessa, who has just had some sweet moments with Daniel. But Mariah stuns Tessa when she tells her that she needs to disappear for a while, specifically to a clinic in Boston. Tessa begs for more answers. "You're already miles away. Why not just trust me to tell me whatever it is you did?" she asks. "I tried to kill a man," Mariah confesses.
