'Young and the Restless' Spoilers (September 17): Jack Rejects Sally – Cane Hesitates on Billy

 

Young and the Restless spoilers for Wednesday, September 17, reveal Jack Abbott refusing to help Sally Spectra regarding Billy Abbott. The brothers had a major fallout, and it seems Jack has no intentions of helping after pulling his support for Abbott Communications. Meanwhile, Cane Ashby hesitates over Billy, which could affect the progress of his sinister plans.

'Young and the Restless': Jack Rejects Sally

Wednesday's spoilers for Young and the Restless tease Sally heading over to the Abbott Estate looking for Jack. Diane Jenkins shows up and assumes that it's about Billy. "Jack might be the only person who can talk some sense into Billy," she says. Diane calls Jack to tell him that Sally is looking for him.

Moments later, Jack arrives, and Sally tells him that Billy is risking everything to take Chancellor back, including their relationship. "It's blinding him, to all reason," she adds.

Jack is curious if it has something to do with the cancellation of Abbott Communications. "As of now, the company's dead in the water," Sally replies, before saying that Cane is planning to do something illegal but plans to use his pawns to keep his hands clean.

"Cane has a new AI program that can get inside any company's cyber system and take control," Sally tells Jack.

Jack doubts Sally's claims, but she insists that the AI tool is too powerful and will mess up the finances. Unfortunately for Sally, Jack is done with Billy. "I've cut him loose Sally. He's going to have to sink or swim on his own," he adds.

Cane Hesitates On Billy

Young and the Restless spoilers for Wednesday also show Cane at his private train. He asks Billy if Sally is becoming a dealbreaker for them to work together. Cane tells Billy that all he had to say was yes.

Billy explains that Sally is not on board with their plans. "If you wanna back out, there's no hard feelings, or you can do what I know you wanna do, you can bet the house on yourself," Cane tells Billy.

Cane then asks if Billy is eager to get Chancellor back due to Jill. "You don't get to speak to me on her behalf," Billy responds, adding that it's none of his business.

Cane continues to read Billy, bringing up his hatred for Victor. "When people act on sheer emotion, they lose sight of the prize and make mistakes," he adds. Billy went on to say that Cane doesn't have to worry about Sally. But will Cane trust Billy?
