Looks like Sally Spectra's pregnancy is turning out to be more challenging than anticipated. Y&R spoilers for Friday, March 3, tease that the redhead is concerned and suspects something is wrong with the pregnancy.
Sally notes that she's been having a headache and fears that it may impact the baby. Her child's paternity has put her under a lot of stress and anxiety lately. But now that the truth is out, Sally still seems to struggle with her pregnancy more than ever.

Nick to the Rescue?
Sally Spectra calls her boyfriend, Nick Newman, and tells him about her concerns. Worried, he tells her to call the doctor right away before rushing to her place.
Young and the Restless spoilers reveal Sally's doctor thinks it could be stress, fatigue, or something caused by her high blood pressure. Then, Nick finds out that his girlfriend actually missed dinner and her prenatal vitamins.
By the looks of it, Sally's been too preoccupied, so much so that she's neglecting her health. Nick knows this can't go on like this, especially with the baby on the way. He's determined to stay on top and make sure that she's taking care of herself.
In order to do that, Nick needs to spend more time with Sally. Y&R speculation suggests the Newman golden boy may decide to propose to the redhead, which will result in more family tension and drama.

Young and the Restless: Will Sally Lose the Baby?
Meanwhile, rumor has it that Sally Spectra may suffer a miscarriage. Young and the Restless notes that she's been working too hard, to the point that it's negatively affecting her health.
Now she feels something's off with her pregnancy. That could pave the way to a tragic storyline about losing her baby.
If Sally miscarries her child, not only will she be devastated, but so will the Newman brothers. Nick and Adam both expressed their love for the baby. It'll definitely hit them hard if they end up losing the newest Newman.
