Young and the Restless: Phyllis Honored at Her Funeral
Genoa City remembers the late Phyllis Summers at her funeral. Y&R spoilers note Summer Newman Abbott organizes the tribute to her mother. It's her last shot at making things right, especially with how badly she treated her before her fake death.
Summer holds the memorial at the same place where her mother passed out. She claims she wants to restore a sense of peace to it.
However, Young and the Restless spoilers say she has other motives. Apparently, she wants to see Diane's guilty reaction. She even invites Chance Chancellor to observe everyone's demeanor, especially her mother-in-law.
Summer believes Diane has something to do with Phyllis' death. She's determined to expose her, even if it costs her marriage to Kyle Abbott.

Phyllis Takes a Risk?
Meanwhile, Phyllis Summers starts to regret her decision to team up with Jeremy Stark. Young and the Restless spoilers say she sneaks out and heads straight to her own funeral.
Somehow, Phyllis thinks attending the memorial in disguise is a good idea. She tries to blend in by donning an all-black ensemble similar to what a group of women is wearing.
It's unclear if the ladies in black are part of the funeral program. Regardless, Phyllis is bold enough to show up in a room full of mourners grieving her death. Will someone recognize her?

Young and the Restless fans couldn't help but compare Phyllis Summers to Sheila Carter. Both have done some outrageous things, including faking death.
Sheila goes to extremes pretending to be dead to evade justice. She made it look like she died from a bear mauling accident, intentionally cutting off her toe to make it realistic.

Then, she lurked around town in her Lina disguise. For a while, it worked wonders, fooling everyone with her fake identity. Eventually, her disguise was exposed, and the rest was history.
It seems Phyllis is going in the same direction. But will she be able to succeed? Or will she fail just like Sheila? Things are definitely getting messier for the redhead on Young and the Restless.
