'Young and the Restless' Spoilers (Oct 30): Jack and Victor Go To War – Phyllis Considering Billy's Offer

Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday, October 30, reveal Jack Abbott declaring war against Victor Newman. The two have been longtime enemies, but things are only getting worse as their rivalry now involves technology, especially Cane Ashby's stolen AI program. Phyllis has been playing mind games on Cane after secretly stealing the software, and she's now considering Billy Abbott's offer.

'Young and the Restless' Jack and Victor Go To War

Thursday's spoilers of Young and the Restless feature Michael and Victor discussing Noah. Victor tells Michael to look into the police report of the accident. He adds, "I would also like you to look into the background of a woman named Sienna Bacall." Michael tells Victor that he won't easily act at the snap of his fingers. But Victor tells him to do it for Noah.

Michael then asks Victor if he truly has Cane's AI program, and Victor confirms it. Michael wonders if Victor is going to use it against Jack, and he says he will. He revealed that he will never forgive Jack for putting his wife's life in danger. "I loathe that man!" he adds.

Jack then shows up at the ranch, and Victor says, "Isn't it a little early for trick or treating?" Jack replies, "You're not going to get away with this, Victor." Jack points out that he knows the AI program is in Victor's possession. "If you're coming after Jabot, you're in for the battle of your life," he continues. Victor chuckles and questions Jack if he feels embarrassed. "No, I am pissed off. You wanna come after me, you bring your best stuff. This is a hill I am willing to die on!" he responds. Victor then says he's looking forward to their grand battle.

Phyllis Considering Billy's Offer

Victor approaches Phyllis at GCAC in Thursday's spoilers of Young and the Restless. The two discuss the deal they're making for Cane's AI program. Victor will ask Phyllis if the transaction is done, and she'll say it is. "Now it's your turn. Make me a happy woman," she adds. Billy arrives on the scene, saying, "Well, well, well."

After some bickering with Billy, Victor leaves with Michael. Billy takes the opportunity to talk to Phyllis. He wonders what they're talking about, and Phyllis will say they're discussing Noah's case. Billy continues pressuring Phyllis to admit that she's working with Victor. She'll ask where she heard that, and Billy will say Cane told them. Phyllis denies it, but Billy begins to negotiate with Phyllis, telling her they need her help. "Victor's coming after Jabot, and we need to stop him, and we need your help. Name your price, Phyllis," he says. Will Phyllis agree?
