'Young and the Restless' Spoilers (Oct 28): Phyllis Wants Jabot – Cane Issues Warning

Young and the Restless spoilers for Tuesday, October 28, reveal Phyllis Summers making a deal with Victor Newman. She just stole Cane Ashby's AI software and wants to utilize it to take over Genoa City. Meanwhile, Cane is still looking for the suspect. He warns Jack Abbott and Diane Jenkins about his stolen software, and the two are now on high alert.

'Young and the Restless' Cane Warns Diane and Jack

Cane arrives at the Jabot estate in Tuesday's spoilers of Young and the Restless. He tells Jack and Diane about the threat to their company, saying that his AI software was stolen. Cane adds that he has a gut feeling that Victor did it. "My gut tells me it's Victor, and Jabot is most likely going to be the target," he adds.

Diane wonders if they should call the authorities for help, and they should be on high alert. Jack adds that there has to be a way to stop the madness, and Cane will tell him that it's the reason why he came to them. However, Jack is still upset, telling Cane that he'll go down along with the empire he worked hard for for many years. After Cane leaves, Jack sends a text message to Kyle, telling him to come home as soon as possible.

Phyllis Wants Jabot

Tuesday's spoilers of Young and the Restless reveal Phyllis meeting with Victor at the ranch. She proudly tells Victor that she has Cane's AI program, and she's willing to negotiate with him. Victor wonders what Cane did for Phyllis to betray him like that. But she just brushes it off, being so eager to close out a deal. But will Victor accept Phyllis's offer?

On the other hand, Cane arrives at the GCAC restaurant. He gets a text message that Phyllis is at the Newman ranch. Phyllis appears and sits next to him. Cane asks what kind of deal she has made with Victor. But she'll deny it, saying that she only wants to see if Victor was the one who stole the program. However, Cane tells Phyllis that he's not buying it.

Adam and Chelsea arrive at the ranch and meet Victor, who tells them about Phyllis and the AI program. "She offered it to me, saying it would be for her if I accept it," he says. The two were surprised by Victor's statements. "She doesn't want to get her hands dirty. In this case, I'm happy to oblige," Victor adds before saying that he has no intentions of tearing down the Jabot, but he wants to crush Jack. Victor then tells Adam that he'll hand over the Jabot to Phyllis once he accomplishes everything he wants to do.
