Young and the Restless spoilers for Tuesday, October 21, reveal Tessa Porter making her move with Daniel Romalotti. Mariah Copeland is surprised by Ian Ward, while Phyllis Summers's obsession with the AI software thickens. She's now plotting to take over Genoa City, wanting to continue what Cane Ashby started. Meanwhile, Cane is trying to make amends with Abby Newman.
'Young and the Restless' Tessa Makes Her Move
Tessa and Daniel get intimate in Tuesday's spoilers of Young and the Restless. She gets drunk at GCAC with Daniel. Tessa invites Daniel upstairs. She slips on the stairs, and Daniel catches her. "You're holding me like you would hold a close friend," she says. But things escalate quickly when Tessa kisses Daniel.
In Boston, Mariah finds the Queen of Hearts card that Tessa ripped in half. She looks at her phone and sees a photo of Aria and Tessa. She contemplates calling her wife. But Mariah ends up making a call to her mom. "I'm not good. I'm not good mom," she tells Sharon. "Mom, do you think you could come and visit me?" she adds.
Phyllis Wants To Take Over Genoa City
Tuesday's spoilers of Young and the Restless also tease Phyllis's growing obsession with the AI software. "I'm betting on myself, Billy is a disaster, Cane is a flake," Phyllis says, as she types on her laptop. "The only one I've ever been able to count on is me, and Cane's AI program is the key. And everyone in this town will answer to me," she adds. It seems Phyllis now wants the power that Cane wants to wield.
Cane catches Devon badmouthing him while he talks with Abby. "I don't mean to cause any harm," Cane says. Abby then reminds Cane about how three people died on his property in Nice. "Including our son's father," she adds. Cane says sorry, adding that he feels awful about everything that has happened.
He then promises that there will be no attacks happening in Genoa City. Lily shows up and asks Cane about the "attacks" he just mentioned. Cane clarifies to Lily that he had a vision of having one giant company that would control all other companies in Genoa City. "I swear to you, I will do whatever it takes to convince you. What can I do?" he says. Lily tells him to destroy the AI software, but he now wants to use it for good. "I don't buy that for a second," Lily says. Cane eventually agrees to hand over the software to Lily. But is it too late?
